If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it unused and/or unopened within 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund, or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call 1-707-526-9648 for an “RA” (return authorization) number and instructions.

All defective items are covered by our 1 year limited warranty. Instructions are included in your copy of the limited warranty.
